OP do your own research. you say you play in VR which most posters seem to be overlooking, so that needs quite a bit more grunt than a 1080P monitor.

That is what I have read also, I have asked on the DCS world forum about how the 5700xt runs with VR but I haven't had any feedback yet. As Tigjaw says though, he wants a Nvidia card for ansel and I am not trying to convince him otherwise, I am only stating that IMO when the AIB 5700xt's arrive...

£450 is just a guess though willhub, we will have to wait and see, they could come in at £400 and once the partner boards come out the speed difference could be even less than what it is now.

Sounds like your CPU is not getting enough power, try upping the voltage in the BIOS in small increments.
