I think I've been pretty lucky with Cyberpunk 2077. Although I first started playing it with patch 1.06. I was playing it on a 1080 TI but I've just got a 3070 and haven't had a chance to play it again yet.
RDR2 a little. Doesn't really grab me.
Enjoyed Gaia Beyond briefly, although not much content yet unless I'm missing something.
Enjoyed XCOM Chimera squad but got through it quickly.
Playing Vaporum Lockdown which is fun in short spells.
Hi all,
I've never been very regular in forums but would like to connect with people with similar interests in Devon. Would be good to meet up when we can :) A keen cyclist and currently heavily into property but also (probably due to Covid) back into PCs.
Have extensively overclocked PCs...
I only had the chance to have a quick look before bed and noticed my sharpness was set to 50 again, so when changing it to 0 it went blurry. I then looked through the menus and game mode was greyed out but the response time was fine. I think this might be to do with setting HDMI 1 up as PC...
The contrast might need to go down a little so the whites don't lose their detail. I went to about 87 after using some AMD calibration wizard - But after this I found there was yet another dynamic contrast setting somewhere and disabled that so I may need to revisit.
You'll want to put the...
I've had the 40MU6400 for just over a week now and have paired it with my old AMD 7970 using a Club3D CAC-2170 Mini DisplayPort to HDMI Active Adaptor. It has worked perfectly and I've been playing Elex at 3860x1800 (a custom resolution I made) with some graphical settings reduced.
I'm using...
I've just ordered a 40MU6400 + Club3d mini displayport 1.2 to hdmi 2.0 adaptor. I've only got an AMD 7970 but I'll run custom resolutions for the time being and the odd old game may work at 4k - It should be good to use with my high res photography.
It'll replace my 2012 27" Catleap 1440p...
I wouldn't give it too much thought yet until a year or 2. It's scheduled for 2015.
As an owner of a '92 NSX I would like to see Honda come out with something ground breaking again. I think they can pull it off with the new technology. I'm hoping that the electric motors are an excuse for...
I have a Draytek 2830n (Broadband, Wifi & 4x gigabit lan ports) to replace my linksys router and cheap really old netgear wifi router.
When I turn my PC off a laptop using the wifi part of the network loses it's connection. I notice my mobile phone does the same.
I don't know if it's DHCP...
Why is your glass half empty? You should have said "manual or?" ;)
As recently posted in the sticky here are some vids (that will answer that question) worthy of some nice speakers :D

I commute more than half of the days I work. The coldest I've commuted in is -6°c. As long as you gear up properly and keep at it pretty hard I can regulate my body temperature fine.
Doesn't stop the top of my bottle freezing up though!
I've been researching the 3820 and it turns out to be pretty much the same as the I7 2700k.
I think a decent 1155 board with an I7 chip would make more sense with the sooner possible upgrade of ivy bridge (rather than the longer wait until ivy bridge-e.
Either that or go for the 3930k. The...
I bought one in early october from Germany as it seemed it was going to be a long time until UK suppliers had them in stock.
It's a great little bit of kit. I use it as a download server and for remote desktop connection. I got the version without a hard drive and memory. I replaced the...
If you can find a case you like that you think would benefit from a nice looking radiator fitted to the top of the case mounted externally you don't even need to worry about the DIY being good. Just chop out the metal just leaving space for the holes and you fit the fans beneath inside the...
