yep i had problems with BT, moved over to talktalk, bills are cheaper.

if your with british gas and want to save money, when you bill arrives phone them up and give them a lower meter reading, ie just over half. As of 7 feb the bills drop by 7 % so you can pile on the rest of the readings on your next bill.
