My temps under load whilst running orthos maxed out at 57Deg which is within reasonable limits I think ;) The core voltage in the bios setting being 1.475 and Asus probe reports this as being 1.42 core volts (cpuz the same). BTW I have a freezer 7 Pro fitted.

Just installed a new 320gb WD3200AAKS but Window vista 64 doesn't seem to see it for some reason. The HDD is visable in the bios and device manager but doesn't show as an icon in my computer. It's a sata drive so doesn't need a master/slave jumper does it? any ideas? :confused:

Yippee, changed my timings as suggested and upped the v core and i'm now running at 3.6GHz. V core is showing 1.44 in cpuz and Asus probe and it's currently sitting at 41 deg idle. will try orthos to see how stable it is but it's a good start. Hope my load temps aren't too high. What is...

I had thought that myself and get similar results with just 2x1gb :(

The memory I have is 3GB (2x1gb & 2x512mb) geil value DDR2 PC6400 Dual channel (5-5-5-15). If I try to go above 2.8 it wont get to the bios screen and I get no signal out to my monitor and have to switch off the psu to be able to use the C.P.R. facility and gain access to the bios settings.
