That would happen to me when viewing a folder of MKV files (converting DVD/Blu-Ray collection).
It stopped when I removed the main folder and file-type from windows indexing.
A while ago, Explorer used to freeze for me with the green bar slowly moving across and I'd have to end its process to get it going again or restart.
Pretty sure it was Bitdefender doing it for me.
The City and the City was suitably unusual. It was on the beeb recently. It's based on a China Miéville novel.
Electric Dreams from CH4? Phil K Dick source material.
Be wary of clamps though with heavy monitors - it could kill your desk. I tried a SIMBR monitor arm and it added a nice dent to my IKEA desk.
So, you might need extra support/protection for your desk if you do decide to go for a clamp style.
You'll possibly lose two sata ports if you add another M2. I've got two 960 EVOs with my maximus ix code board and I can only use two ports out of six.
Edit: Double-checked and it looks like I'm just losing two ports.
It's only the pro gpus that support true 10-bit output. I get banding using my 1080ti in the Adobe apps. Something to do with dithering isn't applied to an LUT profile. AMD cards might not have that problem but it still might need to be a Firepro card for 10-bit.
I unfortunately witnessed Legion...warning...avoid at all costs! Watched it on fast-forward!
Before that was Traitor which was rather good (Don Cheadle and Guy Pearce).
With Dreamweaver I usually have the design view open on the right and code inspector window open on the left so I can see both at the same time, rather than the split code/design view.
Other programs I've looked at are:
Webuilder 2010

And a good all-in-one...
Edit: I guess you can edit the HTML code?
You might be limited to what you can adjust if this is a Wordpress theme. Changing styles might globally knacker it up!
Your alternative is changing the html code just for that image and the td it's inserted into.
So, try removing the size-full class...
I've not got any graphics apps on my pc to check, but maybe change your snowman graphic to the size you need it (500x250px). It's maybe going to a crazy size as a quick check using the firebug add-on in firefox says it's 678x531px.
You can also check your code in IE 8 using the developer tools...
Is this seen as an add-in raid device in the bios?
The only thing I can think of is it's having problems with the type of PCIe slot/motherboard it's in.
I had serious issues with an LSI Raid card and it took several motherboards to get it working properly.
Try the card in a PCIe slot that...
In general I'd say SAS should outperform SATA mechanical drives (SAS runs at full duplex, whereas SATA runs at half duplex - something like that?) but probably still won't compare to random access speeds of SSD. And, if you go for 15K drives the noise/vibration might slowly drive you nuts!
I...
If those drives are Ultra 320 then that's not a SAS drive.
U320 format has been out for quite a while now.
15K SAS drives aren't cheap - much the same price as low-capacity SSDs.
I just use cs3 at work but I know the mac version uses pdfs for previews.
Not sure if the windows version also uses that? You can check/uncheck the pdf option in the 'save as' window. Maybe something related in your system is knockering that part of it up.
Not being able to identify the wearer was essential in this story! ;)
Definitely one of my fave books... odd ending though!
Brings it into focus when you read why PKD wrote it.
I know scanner software can auto select areas to scan but don't think there would be a way to work with jpegs to do that.
The only other short-cut I could think of would be finding out the size of one of them and then setting your selection tool in some editing software and always using that...
