Most of that is really overpriced, My guess is that is because they shouldn't technically be buying it direct from team which I am presuming they are doing so there buying price is **** or they are wanting to make a huge margin?

I have never used a heatsink, ever. I actually don't use a soldering iron to take it off either, I have a aoyue 968 which I use the hot air to melt the solder (much higher heat + more consistent). Every way is different to do the job as it depends on the tools you have plus the laptop etc...
