Good stuff. I always prefer the food at the Italian resorts but do find the lifts rather antiquated.

You can't get lost at La Thulie, it all goes the same way from the top. Look out for the slowest ever chair lift which the second from the left as you look up, don't get on it! If you're there for a week maybe think about a car. Cormayeur is close and you can ski all of each resort in a day.
