I've had this same issue, it doesn't hear me a good 6 times out of 10 for computer but almost always with Alexa. Would prefer computer but have had to stick with Alexa for now. Hopefully they improve this.

Ugh, just realised I'd unplugged my wifi adapter. Plugging it back in brought back flight mode. Unfortunately toggling it on and off again has no effect on this PC. It was already showing as off like the media PC. Starting to grind my gears now lol.

If just incompatible I'd say the buyer is responsible, as you would need to check compatibility before purchasing. Edit: for both items though I guess a split of the cost considering the seller sent another one out without consent to do so.
