    I think anything with the Pixart PAW3395, 3950, or the Hero 2 sensor will all be solid. Then it's just a matter of finding a mouse for your grip style and other preferences.

    Yeah one single monitor whatever the size just doesn't offer the utility of dual screens. You just don't end up playing a windowed game with something else taking up the rest of the space

    That's great to know, thanks. An upgrade to an i7 from a low end i5 would be reasonable for £60 as stated. If anyone actually has a suggestion based on the OP not wanting to spend a lot of money, make it. Just seems to be an arguement thread for the most part now.

    In which case he could get a base i7 4770 for about £90 (recently sold price on eBay) He has an i5 4440, it's not even a 4670, so there will be a boost in base and turbo boost frequency and a doubling of the number of threads for £90, minus his processor if we're saying he can sell it, therefore...
