I have a corsair 550W, there was one bit of metal stopping it going in straight away. I bent it up a little and it now works (very tight fit) Dunno if the 550 is the same sized PSU as yours that;s just my experience.

any performance loss? I know if you pair up 2 unuequal sized drives you sacrifice the extra space on the larger one. (eg 250 + 500 equals 500 GB total) Is it the same for cache?

I currently have a spinpoint F1 320GB with 16MB cache, are there any issues with putting this in RAID 0 with a 320GB F1 with 8mb cahce? TYIA Ian

i run the same configurations as yourself in terms of fans. Just get a dust filtet for the side fan, you only need filters for the fans that are intaking air. Fan controller wise the zalman MFC1 looks great, i have it in the top drive bay of my antec 300 with the 2nd down as the optical drive...
