Was just a slightly annoying high pitch whine/whistle. Maybe it was because my hearing was still fully functional at that age? ;-)

Got a letter a week or so later to confirm a few details and then another few weeks later, I got one that basically said "You're fine as long as you carry on using the...

Showing off now ;) Took my kindle apart the other week and think I managed to resolder the usb terminals, but not convinced it will last. It has a weird usb connection with wings that are screwed in. Not seen any like that before.

    Platypus' Beginners Guide to Running

There seem to be a few discussions at work around us all starting again, so I may re-appear in here if my body decides to allow me to take part. Otherwise it is rowing machine (With no computer on it, as it appears to have broken :-/ ) or stationary bike for the foreseeable future.

Multirotor, multicopter and quadcopter discussion - The Drone thread

Hoping that this is the right place for questions like this? I have ended up with a Zenmuse XT Thermal camera & gimbal. The trouble is that, I don't have any idea if it works and I don't have a drone (Matrice 100 I believe?) Anyone here have any suggestions as to how I might go about checking...

    Platypus' Beginners Guide to Running

You could do laps around the outside, so that would probably be about 25M per full lap. 64 Laps per Mile. Apparently the average time for 25M for someone your age is around 40 seconds, so that would be about 45 Mins per mile.
