    I'm tempted by some PXG irons next year. They are certainly on the shortlist

    Think I have made a break through with my swing or at least my understanding of what I am doing with it and how to change or adapt it. I have a tendency to block my irons and driver to the right by leaving the face open with and in to our path, so this year have been working on a draw to...

    I tend to use AD333s but really like the feel of Chromesofts even if they are probably above my skill level!

    How do you guys store your beans? Till now I've been keeping them in the bags they come in (Rave) for the 250g ones as they tend to get used within in a week. If I buy 1kg bags is there something better to store them in or the bags still fine?

    >>> Forza Horizon 5 <<<

    Exactly this for me, something i can pick up when I have a spare 30-60 mins when the kids are out the way. I find it quite a relaxing way to unwind without any real pressures or aims. But I'm probably not doing it properly

    Power Tools & General Tools Recommendations & Advice

    I've got a myriad of tasks that are likely to need a sander/planer, but not sure which electric options are best. I fear i may need multiple. Essentially, decorating where some rough walls will need a little sanding. Though mercifully not full walls just patch repair decking needs sanding...

    What "man jobs" have you done today?

    Technically at the weekend.. Jet washed and then repointed half the drive. Painted two concrete steps that were looking the worse for wear

    Replacing skirting boards

    I'll investigate the gaps behind as thats probably easier than filling it all

    Replacing skirting boards

    Yes its a first floor. So you'd screw the chocks to the brickwork and then the skirting into that?

    Replacing skirting boards

    I was thinking about filling when posing the question, but other than small cosmetic damage I've not done it before. Any recommendations on products to use?

    Replacing skirting boards

    No, void was already there. The plaster board only overlaps the skirting by a couple of mm, the old skirting was held on by nails into wooden beams or blocks

    Replacing skirting boards

    Throwing this out to the OCUK hive mind as its a new one on me. When we bought the house we are in now, the previous owners had affixed a wooden bed/shelving unit to the walls into the box room for their son. We've removed this to make room for our daughters cotbed. For some reason they had...
