    Factorio situation is due to Xbox game bar not recognising it as a game workload. That potentially can be fixed by telling Xbox game bar that Factorio is a game in options ;)

    7950x3d vcache ccd max boost is similar to 7800x3d. The reason you see 5.7ghz in specs is because non vcache ccd can clock that high
