How is it that on my 27" I have not experienced any flicker of any kind with g-sync enabled? I've played Cyberpunk, BG3, Horizon Forbidden West and recently RE4 Remake since I bought it and it's all been perfect.
Horizon Forbidden West (Main Campaign) - 9/10
A visually impressive game that ran great on my system and looks great on an OLED. Though I'll admit after 70 hours I was ready for it to wrap up.
My only gripe is that you have to hold the button to acquire a skill :D Other than that it's a wonderful game. Just done a quest which made a bunch of robot Triceratops sing...
Update: My 27" has been flawless thus far. G-Sync works great and I've not experienced any degree of flickering. Been playing both BG3 and Horizon Forbidden West.
13.5 hours in. It's pretty good so far. The character animations and conversations are a massive improvement. The world looks incredible. Runs great and HDR looks good. I do love my new OLED :D
I have mine dialled in now. The issues I was having in BG3 were corrected in game. When you adjust the gamma with the three pictures I don't think they had OLED in mind. Once I raised it a little it was perfect. I'm now playing Forbidden West in HDR and it's just ridiculous! So beautiful. Going...
So, I have the 27” but from what I’ve seen most of the settings seem universal. I have sRGB set in creator mode and the gamma set to 2.2. I have both the brightness and contrast at the default 75. HDR on the monitor is set to Peak 1000 and turned off within Windows.
