    Project Stealthlow

have you considered more into the painting of it, personally i think you shouldn't bother, i like the unfinished look that its currently got, or you could go for a a thin coating which shows of the grain maybe? definitely worth while spending time on thinking about the painting with a build of...

    Building a new machine

you wont need loads of ram unless your doing mass photo editing at the same time. lower latency gives better performance although for your use you probably wont notice a difference

    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUALL

installed 3X 4GB vengance sticks of ram running at 1600 MHz a few days ago and since instillation i have been getting blue screens with the error message shown above. I have removed my old ram entirelly so there is no conflict there. Looking on microsofts website it looks like a software bug...

    Electronics Project- Fan Failiure Alarm

the pulse lengths vary between fans slightly but generally your looking at a signal which (at 100% high) will send a new signal every ms, the faster you have it the less jerky the fan will be. PWM works by turning the signal on and off with different amounts of on and off time, its hard to...

    Having some diff's

sounds like a simple case of a bug in a new firmware release: i.e. they mucked up the program used to run it, if the old ones work fine just stick to those, if it tries to install automatically then just go to control panel, security, windows update, select updates, and unselect the updates...

Do you think, forums members post count, should include OCUK product reviews as well?

i can see the idea why, but if you had each member review an item every time they bought some stuff there would be too many reviews, that and the review section will likely turn into a debate - which it isn't really there for. i find for electronic goods the reviews contrast dramatically and...

    What to program - beginner

you need to have a look into API's, id have a look into java or C++, they are based upon C but come included with functions for graphics. The syntax is different so it might be an easier approach for you. Ive heard people say that once youve learnt 90% of C you have learnt 70% of C++...

    Using stdin in C

don't forget to use fflush(stdin); elsse your likely to get some bugs. stdin is the standard input buffer. Think of it like an array where whenever you type something whatever you typed then goes to the input buffer. i.e. if you typed 'hello' the input buffer would be: 123456 hello\n when you...

Connect to internet through a secondary computer

    Hmmmmm

all is generally compatible, if you could post exact models so we could properly check through each item in particular, the mobo. id advise having a browse through the graphics card section found here: http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=3

A little help with my build....?

i agree with 95thrifles about the PSU, especially if you plan to add more to the computer over time, you should try using one of the many psu power calculators that can be found on the intenet to get a rough idea
