The i5 3570K is an Ivy Bridge chip which is 1155 same as Sandy Bridge (2500k/2700k).

Thanks for reply, Thunderbolt doesn't interest me. Do you think the UP4's better power phase will make much of a difference with overclocking? Does the UP4 do anything else the D3H doesn't? As you can probably tell I'm leaning towards the D3H.
