Unrestricted in England. Currently working in Vietnam for a short period of time. Its pretty OTT here, no facebook, no bbc, can browse the odd Vietnamese News site (and OcUK). Everything mainstream is blocked.

Since installing Windows 8, the Audio Center no longer works. Which means I'm stuck with speakers and can no longer change to my headphones :(

A subforum, yes. I was about to post a "Spec me a TV" post. Seems quite common. If everything was collated in a subforum you could probably browse a good number of similar posts before posting yourself.
Have you provided a separate 30x30 image for the zoomed out view or just letting it resize? I think if you provide OblyTile with a 30x30 image, it will solve that problem.

Your account wont be switched, you need to create an @outlook.com alias as outlined on that site.
I found that originally if you zoomed out using the same 512x512 image, it would disappear. However, after a reboot, when I zoomed out, the images auto resized. So it might auto-generated the 30x30 images.
