    22" 24" and 27"

Hello Finally getting around to ordering an IPS monitor. I have been prevaricating for ages. I want IPS because I like to do a bit of photography. I don't think I can afford a 27" screen, so the choice is 22" or 24". There are a lot of 22" screens about, mostly from Dell I think, and...

He mainly uses Premier Pro I think. Thank you for the spec, I'll have a look at the components. He will want a Blue-Ray RW. I don't think I would know where to start with overclocking. Thanks again.

    Monitor suggestions

Brilliant, thank you (for both suggestions!) Having read the article about TN vs IPS I thought I should say a bit more about what I will use the monitor for: 60% web browsing and email 20% document editing 20% photo editing But I really enjoy the photo editing bit.

    Dad's PC

Hello I hope you don't mind offering a few suggestions. My retired dad videos a lot of sports matches and edits the videos for training for referees. He is doing this at a regional/national level so spends a lot of time editing and then encoding the videos. His PC is getting a bit long in the...
