What’s the longest non-stop flight you’ve taken - distance or time?

The mistake you made there was not being on the tanker - not that I'd have said no to a back seat in a Buccaneer, but you can't beat having a widebody jet to wonder around in... Loving how many of these replies are military flights, a fair few of which I've done myself. Doing a Falklands...

When are you going fully electric?

Efficiency of charge or increased chance of your house becoming a raging inferno. Tough choice.

When are you going fully electric?

My Polestar can change the actual amperage down to a minimum of 6 amps on the menus - if you can do this in yours, it makes it even safer. Charging time is increased a fair bit but by the sounds of it that wouldn't be an issue.

Neuralink - demo with a paralysed person.

I’m not even convinced the video is real - there’s no way of telling but you’d think they’d have spent more than a fiver making it if it’s meant to be that big a breakthrough.

When are you going fully electric?

It's not a question of solutions - there are always ways to overcome these problems. The question is whether it's worth the effort and who's going to pay for it.

When are you going fully electric?

I prefer mixing the 'Hydro' with 'Electric' ...but not water - that would end badly.

When are you going fully electric?

Ok, I'll assume you have no concept of how to handle, store and transfer hydrogen on the scales you'd need for mass transit adoption. Hint: there's a reason it has to be kept as cold as the universe and at stupidly high pressure. Have you done any research into what our national grid can...

When are you going fully electric?

There really isn't any sustainable way I know of that you can get hydrogen that doesn't require electricity to begin with, in which case just use that to power the car... https://www.nationalgrid.com/stories/energy-explained/hydrogen-colour-spectrum

When are you going fully electric?

You can just convert petrol pumps and storage tanks to support liquid hydrogen? Really? Not everyone will be charging their car at the same time. Why are we talking about converting cars? Who is doing this? Weight isn't really an issue anyone cares about at this stage as it's pretty much...

The ongoing Elon Twitter saga: "insert demographic" melts down

They are private companies and can do what they want. Trump even made his own social media company so I'm not sure why he cares - it didn't cost him $44 billion either, which technically makes him smarter than Elon...
