    Fastest Tiny USB storage drive

A fair point and I agree, it's what I'd do with a personal computer. However, I'll be using this with a work laptop where a larger HDD isn't an option but having an external HDD is just too bulky.

    Fastest Tiny USB storage drive

Yes, sorry the title is misleading now I've re-read it! Ok, thanks. I've looked around a bit, but reviews were so varied! Figured it was worth seeing what others used.

    Fastest Tiny USB storage drive

Looking for a bit of advice/product recommendations. I currently have a 128GB Samsung FIT Plus. This or something physically smaller is ideal for my needs (leaving plugged into a laptop) and I'm happy with the speed (though faster is always better). I'm looking for something with more capacity...

Thanks for the link :) I was hoping not to need a complete new system build, but maybe that's on the cards...

    Advice on upgrade

Hi, so it's been a very long time since I gamed much other than some casual gaming. This is mostly 5+ years old games, so no issues playing. I'd like to play Hunt: Showdown, PUBG and other newer titles, but even running horrible graphics I get very low FPS. No need for ultimate settings or high...

    Project: Plasma Cannon

Very nice dude, bee following from the start. That lighting is great, especially the 3/4 LEDs scrolling forward like slowmo shots being fired.

The next case... Some helo needed

Not sure what you mean on the 540, do you have a link to the adapter? I assume you don't mean 3.5 to 2.5" The P280 looks like it could be spot on! Time to read reviews. I found that there are just so many options it's really hard to pick one that is right.

Ooh, don't know how I missed this before, but any thoughts on this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-125-NX

The next case... Some helo needed

Hey, So I currently have a Fractal Design Define XL. It is a great case, loads of room and options and nice and quiet. The only problem is the case is big by any standards and heavy. I have looked all over the place and really like the Corsair 540, but not sure about the lack of 3.5" dirve...

    Help with new PSU

Definitely the psu, don't have a speaker connected and don't have the issue with my previous psu. Since I bought it to power a tri 5870 setup I think I have reason to be concerned.

    Help with new PSU

I received my OCZ ZX 1250w PSU today and noticed that when the GPU was loaded the PSU would make a beep, just a single beep. This PSU: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-054-OC I headed over to the OCZ forums and there seems to be a more serious problem with the 20+4...

Required PSU for tri fire 5870's

Thanks stulid, this is what I feared, really don't want to spend that much :( I have an SSD already Jony27, but I agree, if I didn't have one then I would get one instead

Required PSU for tri fire 5870's

At the moment I have 2x5870's running on this: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-032-OC It's also powering a 1055t (currently at stock), 5 F3's and an SSD as well as 10 fans via a fan controller. What I'd like to know is what would happen if I added a third 5870...

    Building your own case.

Assuming you are happy with your current pc apart from the noise why not go for a passive watercooling system like maxiboy said. I remember seeing a reservator a while ago, googled it and image search showed what I was thinking of. I rember it being passive but could be wrong, it's big and ugly...

New SSD: Clone OS or fresh install?

My thoughts exactly! I mean come on do you really think I would have asked if all I had before was a clean OS install? I did start from scratch again and it's taken the best part of 2 days to get it close to what I had before :(

Possible to get individual files from Image backup?

Don't know about that software, but I've used Norton Ghost before and that had a feature where you could access files within the backup. Can't remember whether it mounted it as a virtual drive or was like a zip file. Have a search to see if there's something like that

New SSD: Clone OS or fresh install?

Ok thanks, figured I'd need to do a clean install, was just trying to avoid all the effort

    error on ssd

Maybe people viewed but didn't have an answer? I would say RMA it, there's obviously something wrong. Maybe go for a different drive if this is the third faulty one.

New SSD: Clone OS or fresh install?

Hi, so basically as the title. I've just bought a shiny new SSD and wanted to know if there were disadvantages to simply copying my current boot drive to it and switching the boot priority. Obviously the other (only?) option being to do a fresh install. I'd like the best performance and...
