Khemist is the pump firmly fixed to case from the angles i see it looks like its just supported by the tubing, would that cause some of the noise issue?

Ace Modder, are your front fans pushing or pulling?

What fans are they?

pusjing out to the front, hence why I think air flow isnt great, but you cannot install the fans to push in from the front inwards with a 4cm thick rad, it just doesnt allow it - when annoyed me greatly.
They are noiseblockers, which I painted orange myself.

Yeah, it's mounted to the fan with two thick steel braces, they are solid and don't flex.

The pump is just as heavy as a D5, there's no way the tubing could take that weight.

That was what it looked like. Thing is, with all those fans pushing out, the airflow is going to be all over the place.

How about if you leave the fans on that side of the radiator but turn them round, so they pull through the radiator. Is the case door solid or meshed?

The door is solid. If the fans are set to pull air through the rad the performance of the rads drop loads. I know its not ideal my setup, it's a pity the case doesn't allow the fans to be on the front puhsing air in through the rad, but that is not possible I'm afraid, well it is but you lose the HDD bay area (anything thicker than a 2.5cm thick item cuts off the HDD bay zone). Plus I still think the air pulled in will be massively limited in any case with the door closed. Think the best option would be to mod the door to have ventillation.

I did say I was going to switch the rear fan to intake and maybe fit a fan in the base both pulling air in, this may help with the flow to give a positive air pressure, but I haven't had chance, wasn't home much the weekend.
