I was hovering over the £359 1070 Palit card and was undecided whether to spend an extra £20 for the Jetstream.

So either low end cooler on 1070 or high end cooler on 980Ti.

Zotac cards are beastly, I played around with 1 recently albeit the 980 Ti Amp Extreme not the Amp Omega, And hit the silicon lottery, Managed to get game and bench stable 1588 on the core and 2000 on the memory -

980ti is miles better than a 970 but I guess it'd all be down to how much you could get for your 970 and if you think the difference is worth it.
