I did a search and couldn't see it posted anywhere here so i thought i'd spread the news.
Basically you register and when they've hit the number of users needed a major retailer will offer fuel discounts to card holders.
Loads of info on their site http://www.pipelinecard.org/default.html Acordding to their media page its already had quite of bit of press about it.
Even if it means saving a couple of pence a litre it'll do for me.
