looking to upgrade my 2.5 q9300, p5qe and 4 gig of ocz.
i play lots of games and im looking to get something for the next gen stuff.

i have a gtx 280 but will be upgrading that later. i have a good 650 corsair psu.
bluray drive and ssd with standard drives for data

I would suggest this but I would try stretch to get a better motherboard. The aftermarket cooler will be much more quieter and just better in general than the horrible stock cooler.
