New MSI gtx970. No mouse mat.

New card arrived. No mouse mat? Honestly one reason I picked this card over palit jetstream was cause I really wanted a new mouse mat (black). I specifically asked if one was included & was told "yes". Ive not ordered from ocuk in ages due to some bad issues in past (likely during another management I gather from the forums). Very disappointed first order in god knows when & immediate missing item (worried i have returned 2nd handstock? Driver disc packaging looks dirty/opened).

Anyone else missing theirs?

It may just be a mouse mat but not the point. Should not be missing. Card isnt starting display now either

I bought 2 and had no mouse mats either..

I can't see anything is the description about a free mouse mat though.

Didn't even know it was supposed to come with one.

No mention of it in the listing on the OcUK website.

The description says nothing about a free mouse mat on the OCUK website...

So surely if MSI have been putting them in the box and not OCUK and they are not being advertised with them included talking to MSI would be better?

The big man Gibbo advised me it included a mouse mat (not blaming him, im guessing least first batch did so he assumed new batch would). Reviews seem to indicate mouse mat. People who got first batch got mouse mat. Well least I got to desktop now.

Heh heh ;P could have saved £20 & got the zotac. Cost of a mouse mat these days is like £5-10+, it added to the cards value. Just saying I really needed a new one & swayed my decision. Don't think its that surprising to be disppointed once reviews, customer feedback (1st batch) & head of OCUK tells me a mouse mat IS INCLUDED. Think its reasonable to be

Notice both fans switch off on idle, believe thats normal, hopefully

Will get latest msi afterburner on & run heaven/valley & see what happens

To use saying its just a Mouse Mat. Its not the point if you are buying something and its advertises as coming with something else you have every right to complain if the extra isn't there.
