Monitoring FPS in VR

So as not to derail the Star Wars thread, I figured I'd ask the question in here. I'm using Oculus and would like to monitor my FPS during play. An in-oculus reading would be fine. Nismo mentioned a graph but I think that might be Vive?

Even better than this I think would be a logger so I could run a game for half an hour or so then pop out into meatspace and check the log. Does such a thing exist or, failing that, how do I get a graph or even a numeric display in oculus.

Nvidia has one on the GeForce Experience app. Does this work in rift?

Cheers, mate. Yeah, no in-rift display but I used the afterburner logger for a more accurate picture anyhow. Seem to be capped at 90fps. Is that oculus that's doing that?

Or disable the oculus service so it starts in none vr, put in 1440p and crank settings up.
It seems a bit buggy to me in that it doesnt maintain 90fps even when gpu and cpu are only at 30% usage
