external cooling

I am trying to find out more details on the Mo-Ra3 and what it can handle? My workstation build for colour correcting uses 7x founders 1080ti with EKWB blocks and the hepta terminal block. I am using internal cooling but want to take the rads out of the box, would 1 or 2 of these beastly rads...
