new rig help!

A gaming old codger here!!! My current system is struggling with CODMW and PUBG (current game bug but unplayable as its affecting quad core processors. I dont keep up to date with hardware so haven't a clue where to start here, ideally want a new system and gaming monitor for under £1k...
