passive cooling

Are there any good passively cooled graphics card around, best to link to the manufacturers website if OC don't sell them. :)

I am Running my CPU heatsink passively and using a ram fan(blactivecool) to cool rams(no overvolt) but those fans are too much loud for my taste and they don't have PWM control. So would removing it have any bad effects on my rams because of lower airflow? Or should i swap those fans for server...
