Hello, I'm getting crazy finding an answer to this, for a Ryzen9 5900hx it would be better 3200mhz cl22 or 2933 cl17? Latency should be less on the 2933 from calculations, but I've been told that AMD benefit more from frequency..help!!
As the title states, low single core scores by about 3-5%. the |CPU itself is a beast compared to the 3950X is like another planet :). So far I have tried every possible thing up to a new Win10 installation. I just installed a brand new updated and driver ready Win10 and again same results...
So my temps go up to 60° idle and I can see the power is averaging at 1.4 volts
When I'm on the bios it's saying cpu is only using 1.0 volts
Does anyone have any information on what voltages I need to change on the bios? I've checked jaytwocents video and I'm still not sure what I should...

Annoyingly I recently fried my motherboard and so have decided to look at updating a few things given this is now a 10 year machine (with SSD, RAM and GPU upgrades since).

I have this RAM at over 3500mhz by just changing the multiplier in BIOS and leaving timings/voltage set to auto in BIOS. It seems to be stable, I'm just wondering where are the perfomance gains here, is it worth it...
