02 Pay as you go...

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone can help. Im on o2 pay as you go, and with it I get loads of free stuff, but I have to phone numbers to get them all every month or so. Im just wondering if anyone knows the number to activate the 'freebies' that you're given? As I use this to get my free voicemail, but cant remember the number. Also I get like 10% of my top ups back, and there is a number to ring to claim thaat too...does anyone know that as well? If so would be a great help

I just need the numbers that you ring from your phone,

they are like 2020, and 3115, or something unmemorable like that
