Could be the fans bearings, probably best to replace it.

But its 2 weeks old, could it be anything else?

If it is two weeks old then go back to the place you got it from as it shouldn't be making a noise.

I have had the same problem for over a year, loud noise on power up for 5-10 minutes then everything is fine for the rest of the day. Just took it as a cold start problem and has caused no issues so far so just learned to ignore it until the next time I do a rebuild.
