1 router, 2 PC's how to get them 2 talk?

I have my adsl router with my PC attached via ethernet & my laptop connected wireless to the router. How do i get the 2 computers to talk to each other?

They should already. You need to check they're on the same subnet and same workgroup. Should still be able to ping one from the other though.
