To be fair, with the amount of ***** who post in GD lately, it's becoming nigh on impossible to tell if I'm not familiar with their posting style already.
 
Obviously any part of the idea can be changed ....i.e can be 500 hundred sits up a day. Was a random idea .....no takers?....Biblical failure.
 
500 sounds better, you need to do more exercises too though, webcam idea is a little gay tbh, unless you speed it up and add benny hill music.

As said 100 situps a day is pretty pointless, well no it isn't but you wont lose that much weight by doing so.
 
Was more of a beer belly to be honest.

it's all well and good having good ab muscles, but that's a waste of time if it's under a beer belly.

if you want to lose the belly:
calories in< calories out
simple as.
