change it to 100 in one go

not 100 per day

each day try to do as many situps as you can in one go.. so 24-25 mabye? dont know how many you can do..

just keep pushing untill you start being able to do more and when you can do 100 non-stop its pretty much job done...

when i was like 12-14 i could do like 1 every 1.5 seconds and like 300 in one go...

but now its like 40, 41, 42, arhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

- but seriously, doing loads of situps everyday will just result in a bad back. Also situps don't hit the abdominals very well at all... just a poor exercise so avoid them ;)
 
I personally hold a 10kg weight while doing situps and try and do around 10 REALLY REALLY SLOW ones. This way theres more pressure put on your abs and with you doing it for a sustained amount of time it works them harder.

Ready it in a muscle book :D
 
What you need is to drink at least 10 gallons of water per day.

Do this and you're GUARANTEED to lose any excess weight.

You wee it all out you see.
