Regarding the Antec 650w. Funnily enough, i have an Antec NeoPower 650w in my current PC that cost like £90-100 around 2-3yrs back. I'd re-use it but my case (Tsunami Dream) was dropped around 3 months ago and the the front door of it is bust up. Even though there were no signs of any damage anywhere else, i worry that the PSU isn't in 100% working condition (even though it might be). A couple of weeks back i had a few random shutdowns and don't know if it'd be related in anyway.
Thing is, i know that when bought it was a VERY good PSU but i'm not sure if to reuse it, saving me a load of cash to then invest a little more heavily on a case for the reasons described above.
So the Coolermaster 430 and the Corsair CX 500w is what i should go for then? Or spend £4 more on getting the OCZ 600w one (even though it's doubtful i'll ever use that amount of wattage).
I still feel like i'm trying to budget too much with the Coolermaster 430 but who cares, everyone says it's brilliant for the price it's at and no one seems to be able to suggest a case that's better without it being much more expensive. So i think that's decided.
If you dont mind going a bit over, then you could look at these, alternatively for staying in budget you wont better the above recomendation
