£100 upgrade… What should I get?

I am one of the biggest advocats of SSDs on here but I would actually suggest Xfire. Unless you are perfectly happy with your game performance or only play older games then deffo SSD.

Make your ram upto at least 8GB then get a SSD

This. Save up for a better card. Going to crossfired 6850's offers some decent bang for buck for £90 but you may find it becomes VRAM limited quite soon. I would go for SSD and 4GB RAM now then save up a bit longer and see what new cards appear on the market from NVIDIA and hopefully we'll see price drops as well.:)

I personally wouldn't go for anything less than 128GB on an SSD, space runs out a lot faster than you'd realise.

I'd say, swing for a 128GB SSD and squeeze in the RAM upgrade if you can. I'd definitely put getting an SSD before getting another 6850, either way.
