No problem.

Biased me though, nothing comes close to the terrace in terms of enjoyment. Even when the games not so great, or you getting a tonking, the atmosphere/singing is non stop for the 45mins... thats where seats down makes the difference, it goes dead all to easy.

I miss the old trentend stand at the cityground, in truth it was the total this is awsome the first time i went in there that realy got me in to football. It's a shame a generation since has missed out on it.

I'm not old enough to have experienced terraces, but I know that you generally always get a better atmosphere from those who want to stand and watch a game, so I would love to give them a try.

In today's modern age of computer allocated tickets and turnstiles, there's no reason terraces should pose any danger.

I am unfortunately old enough to remember terraces and the atmosphere is fantastic, several thousand all standing, jumping and generally larking about is great.

It was the rush barriers that were the problem when teams score and everyone rushes forward celebrating, the unfortunate buggers behind the barriers get crushed a little bit.

Like Weeb, I never experienced terraces however I've been to plenty of away games where all the away fans stood throughout the game and the atmosphere was better. That may simply be down to the fact that travelling fans usually include a higher amount of hardcore fans.

Agree with Weeb regarding ticket allocations making it possible to have safe standing (something which they have in Germany) however, for obvious reasons I can't see it happening at Anfield.
