still 1080, but would be considered more special than whatever you currently have.

theres probably couple more, but cant be bothered lol, but as you can see anyways, they are all crap compared to that tower i picked, plenty for OP needs, but older tech in most cases and rubbish power supplies.

both have 2400mhz ram which isnt ideal for coffeelake and the one you put i7 in has the crappy power supply, id say the 2nd one, but maybe add the i7 over the 5?

would prob pick the 3rd at max budget - gtx 1070 and i7 6 cores 12 threads at 4.3Ghz boost to all cores !

if cooler can take it

and then you have to add a monitor, with the gtx 1070 -

would highly recommend the above monitor if yours is not 1080p 144hz for gtx 1070- if its a stand 1080p- then i5 8400 and gtx 1060 will be fine :)

I5 8400 is a solid gaming chip - few years time chuck in i7 8700k second hand . Gtx 1070 should drive that 1080p t ultra 100fps :)
And there is a big difference at gaming 100fps+ over standard 60hz

VA MSI panel is on sale, about £30 more.. visually, the colours is worth it and view angle

Also don't have to worry about the cooler so much, SSD is 250gb... Might be worth asking OCUK how much it would be to use 480GB Team Group SSD, think it's like £30 more then Samsung 250gb but it's not o the options

If not, and very important , if you stick with screen above and don't push bigger SSD... Ask them to upgrade that PSU. Formula 550w unit !
