1200 quid for new setup (inc Asus MW221U )

The title says it all really,1200 smackers to spend on a whole new setup,can you work your magic guys and help me choose what to buy this next week.I want it for gaming,movies,360 and general pc stuff.
Was looking at

BFG GeForce 8800 GTS 640MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail
Asus MW221U

good options and achievable in my budget?
