You might have, however if you are racist how likely are you to be pro immigration? So your anti immigration views would simply be a part of your racist views. However to be against immigration on economic and social grounds is not racist. Something the ignorant mail hating bigots struggle to comprehend poor lambs.

it is, it depends on where they put the commar.

being against immigration is not inherantly "racist", but dependant on circumstance and condition could be.

Whatever you read just make sure it has decent spelling and grammar and that it understands the meaning of "theirs".

I find it amusing :D
What do you suggest I do to find a life? Should I head to the local mosque and let Allahs fire and love embrace me?

Hmm May 2007 seems to have been a good month for a certain type of poster to join the forum or is that rejoin the forum?

I suggest you go out and do something to better your community rather than sitting on your ass making thousands of posts on a forum moaning about how bad things are

People like you annoy me immensely, always the first to moan about stuff yet always the last to actually do something to change it

Thats the wonderful thing about internet anonymity you see. Sure you could stalk me, hunt down IP logs and find out who i really am. Alternatively, you could just let it go.

My original post in this thread was nothing more than a double barrelled jovial response to the inevitable backlash of anti-pc comments that appear wherever the the term racism is concerned.

I find it even more amusing that firstly you took my post obviously out of context, and secondly, you think im somebody im almost certainly not :p

Sir, i am honoured :D

What next? Someone getting sued because they only stepped on the black stripes of a zebra crossing? Come to think of it, the one down the road has one more black stripe than white, surely.......................

Why did the employment tribunal pander to this crap?

And why did he get such a huge payout? If he'd lost a limb at work he'd probably have got less than a tenth of that amount.

What would you suggest? An online petition? A march at Downing Street? Printing Anti-Terrorist literature on strips of streaky bacon?

Cheaper in the long run to have one small pay-out than a long case costing thousands more and risking more cases like it?

He got a free bag of jelly babies and he's complaining, maybe he deserves to have his head chopped off, ungrateful *******.
If someone gave me a bag of jelly babies with just white jelly babies i'd be like, mmm tasty.

Printing Anti-Terrorist literature on strips of streaky bacon?
No you'll offend people because you used bacon, it's pork, god, your so anti semitic!

It seems he was dismissed for some reason, tried to claim it was unfair dismissal on racial grounds and then went for racial harrasment against 2 co-workers.
I wonder if he was really just rubbish at his job and really hard to work with because of his gigantic chip on his shoulder?
If you read the article (and any previous ones on the matter) the highlighted sentence is complete supposition. Nowhere does it mention he was dismissed, nor does it mention any racial aspect to the employment claim. The article uses the 2 different proceedings (the racial harassment and the employment tribunal) to give the impression the tribunal arose as a result of racial harassment, when the article actually says nothing of the sort.

Clever reporting though, as can be evidenced by the replies in this thread alone...

You speak as if you've got evidence to the contrary. It seems to me that you are acusing the DM of relating two potentially unrelated events and that your reasoning for the fact that they are unrelated is the fact that it has not been explicitly stated that the events are directly related...
