Hello all,
I'm attempting to buy a monitor as a Christmas present. I a £160 budget. The problem currently is that I am unsure of which socket / port the monitor needs to support. I know the graphics card he as is an NVidia card, about 1.5 years old and has a VGA port and a digital port. However I don't know the details of digital port. I can't ask him, because that would ruin the surprise and I don't have access to his pc.
Should I opt for a monitor that has a vga port, just in case the digital port is not correct for his graphics card? A monitor with both digital and vga? etc etc.
Advice and recommendations are very welcome.
Many thanks,
Jack
