1680x1050 + 4xAA = Dodgy graphics

I have tried to play GT legends @ my screens native res of 1680x1050 with full AA enabled. The problem I get is that although the game runs the picture is really distorted, infact its just lines of colour. The game runs fine at same res and AA knocked down a notch so would this be down to limitations of my G/card?

Card being gigabyte 7800GT.

Funny enough I get this exact same problem with same res and enabling 4X AA but its in Age of Empires 3. My card is a 7900GT

I get the same thing on SeriousSam 2 with my 7950 GX2

No problems here with ATI, AOE 3 and GT Legends, same rez, 4 x AA. Looks like a Nvidia problem

I'm guessing its a driver issue? I only get it in AOE3. Play everything 1680 x 1050 at 4AA with no problems.

no problems here with dual 7600GT in SLI at exact same resolution in AOE3 or any other game
