1680x1050 How does it look in games?

Hiya,

I have a 19" TFT running at 1280x1024, If I buy, say, the newer 20.1" widescreen monitors, how do games look?

As surely 1600x1200 is the resolution they use other than 1280x1024 which I use now?

Do they look distorted when playing with a widescreen TFT?

what about old games, like Red Alert 2, if u run them in say, 1024x768 does it look really bad?

Well all you've gone and done is confirmed that I now have to get me one of them widescreen TFT's LOL
