17 new screenshots for GTA: IV up on 1UP. The graphics are so impressive for the scale of this game. Just need to decide if I want to buy a PS3 or a 360 to play it on now.

Very nice, hope they get it running smooth though. Sometimes gta could chug a little now and again, hope more info gets released soon.

Also to let people know there's a preview up on Ign, one part that stood out was this:

there wasn't the opportunity to run off and explore; indeed, for much of the demonstration Niko shuffled along so we had a better opportunity to "take it all in", but more likely because the RAGE engine still has another six months of tweaking before it'll be properly ready to shift something the size of Liberty City around quickly and smoothly.

Interesting, does this mean gta could be delayed, as 6 months puts it in at nov-dec time. It does say later on its due in October so, a chance it could be delayed?

Being developed simultaneously, doubt there'll be any difference really.

I am home now :)

AND WOW, it looks stunning. I can't wait until I get that feeling with a big game like this (you know the one where you're fumbling the disc with excitement as you put it in your console for the first time......is that just me? :confused: )

Hopefully they just wrote this awhile back, but had an NDA on it till today and forgot to update the date.

They've had October as the launch for a long time now and Rockstar are usually pretty good at keeping to it, so hopefully no delays.

The people that have had the chance to sit down and play the game said it looks better than the trailer that was shown. So I think the game will definitely look like those screenshots.

Both are getting DC, I just think the 360 is getting a pack the PS3 isn't. But the PS3 could get something the 360 doesn't as well. I think it's quite retarded really, because if you want the full experience you'll need two systems and two copies of the game.
