Most people dont know how theyre started.

bebo = chavs, silly young people
Myspace, emos, chavs and any other weirdos.
Facebook = more of a private, keeping in touch with friends thing.

Well, I hate to pick fault with their study, but considering facebook started as a platform ONLY for university students then that's hardly a surprise. Is it?

Took the worlds out of my mouth, Facebook was Universities Students only.

I prefer facebook too, only because some of the myspace pages give me headaches just clicking on it.

Yeah I agree, half the myspace webpages should have epilepsie warnings...

I could have also told them that myself. The case is more that younger people tend to use MySpace and the older seem drawn towards Facebook.

I myself prefer Facebook because it's far more robust and cleaner looking, but all these custom applications are starting to make it look more like MySpace...

There's a load of awful apps on facebook now. But really, just don't use em and mock your friends who do, they soon take it off heh. That said, some of the new apps add good functionality.

As for myspace, i really dislike it, like said epilepsy warnings should be carried and most need to sort out their damned backgrounds...

Facebook is better all the way - you get to see all the messages your friends send each other - whose broken up with who - ultumate noseyness haha! And its got an OcUK page!

Hardly thats stereotyped to the max. I don't use myspace or Facebook but I have bebo but signed up to it through m8's. Also been sent invites to these tagged.com and some other ones.

I wish it would stay uni only.

that said, i've just graduated. Don't know how much use I will get out of it in the future, guess it will allow me to stay in touch with my uni friends easily which can only be a good thing :)
