Works fine for me on x64, make sure you have the latest version and also the x64 driver for it. I do have to manually run it though. I am actually using the newish nTune now{6}, which actually is stable and took my overclocks better than Riva did.
Yeah I'm an Expertool user and it's working well. Got Rivatuner to work in the end, after install I just took the included .rtu file and opened it with Rivatuner and it installed the signed drivers.
All you need to do is to change filename "RivaTuner203Drv.rtu" to whatever the latest version of Riva Tuner is, ie. "RivaTuner209Drv.rtu", copy it to RivaTuner installed folder then run it to install, it works perfectly in Vista 64.
