1950 pro to tv not working

hey guys im having problems trying to link up my ocuk/triplex 1950 pro 256mb to my tv.

its just a standard 28 inch wide screen i use a scart box to connect a svga lead to my tv this has worked for my last 2 graphics cards a 5900xt and a x800gto.

my tv only shows up if i tell it to force tv detection but i cant seem to do any thing with it.

any ideas? or any one else tried to link up one of these cards to a normal tv is there a daft setting im missing anything ?

problem sorted if any one else has the same problem.

turned out the 1950 pro didn't like the svga lead i was using on my last 2 cards i had to use the one that came with it.

old lead had the vga connection for gpu and the same at other end.

same at both ends. the one that came with the 1950 pro was different on the tv end.

working 100% now cept for having to click force tv detection
