If anyone can find anything from the late 70's and early 80's it would be appreciated. Looking for videos of Gordon Spice, Andy Rouse, Vince Woodman and others in their Capri's against the Rovers of Rex Greenslade, Brian Muir, Steve Soper etc.

That was the best motor racing I every saw.

yep those brutish engines you get in RS1600's and mini's!

Good fun watching the front battle of big camaro vs viva GT vs what must have been a pretty special RS1600 what were the rules back then or is there jsut not any??. Will watch part 2 now...

I still buy the Ford Magazine (can't remember its proper name) to this day. I grew up with Ford's as a kid and still have a real soft spot for Escort Mk1's and Mk2's and want to get a nice RS1800 when I can find some space!

I had a Ford Anglia with a race 1500 engine and classis capri front struts/disk brakes etc..

was a right little stormer... stock steel wheels widened and a big bore exhaust was the only giveaway until you saw it roar away...

Used to take on anything in the traffic light GP... got about 6mpg on 5 star
