I bought this motherboard and now need a 19V DC power supply. How do I go about finding a suitable one? I have a 19V power supply that came with my Fujitsu laptop and fits perfectly. Is it safe to use?

Well you can use a regular PSU if you want,
Otherwise in the documentation there'll be the specifics of the power it needs.
Then check the rainforest/local electronics shops for ones that output that current and voltage.
I found one for a laptop that had a number of settings to replace a laptop charger.

According to the manual: **** Please use a 19V power adapter for the DC jack. This jack accepts dual barrel plugs with an inner diameter of
2.5 mm and an outer diameter of 5.5 mm, where the inner contact is +19V (±10%) DC and the shell is GND.

There's no mention of current?

Weird but there was a Mod site years back (10+) that showed you could get 24v from a normal PSU from +12+ to -12 as both on their own to GRN give you 12v (not sure if true).

They also showed what wires to use to get 18v.

It was all do so with overvolting fans.
